What We Believe

The Bible is God's reliable word and is the believer's final authority for life.  2 Timothy 3:16

There is one God eternally existing in three persons:  Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  John 1:1-14; Acts 5:3-4

Jesus the Messiah was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin and is true God and true man, the only mediator between God and humanity.  1 Timothy 2:5

Mankind was created in the image of God but sinned, resulting in separation from God and death.  Romans 5:12

 Jesus died as the substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, and rose again in order to justify all those who place their trust in him.  Romans 3:23-26

All who genuinely trust in Jesus Christ by faith are eternally secure, and will demonstrate their secrue position by engaging in good works and persevering in faith throughout their lives.  Romans 8:29-30; James 2:17

Jesus will return to the earth to claim and reward those who belong to him and to judge those who do not.  John 14:3; Revelation 20:11-15
